The role
We are seeking a specialist in 3D design, prototyping and fabrication to play a key role coordinating 3D making spaces and specialist workshops at London College of Fashion.
You will coordinate technical workshops and specialist resource provision for students within the College and work closely with programme, course and technical teams, maintaining technicians' work schedules and timetables to meet operational requirements and provide operational management to technical teams and specialist workshops required for the delivery of the curricula and service.
You will also implement and oversee scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and security testing for equipment, machinery, tools, and facilities, in collaboration with the wider Technical Team, and actively research new and emerging technologies.
About you
You will need a degree or an equivalent qualification or substantial professional experience in a relevant subject area within 3D design, prototyping and fabrication.
