Patient Administrator

The role

The role involves the management of student patient appointments, including bookings and management of waiting lists.  

What will you be doing?

• Be responsible for the patient appointment ‘lifecycle’, from registering referrals on the patient administration system, to booking appointments and managing the student patient waiting list following local booking rules and procedures.
• Be the first point of contact for patients, students, nurses, clinical and other administrative staff in relation to the coordination of clinics, management of waiting lists and booking of patients.

You should apply if

• You are a well organised, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
• You are adaptable and able to deliver high quality efficient and effective administrative 
• You have strong computer skills , email communication (full training will be given on specific systems)

Additional information

Shift pattern: 9 hours per week (Mon and Fri)
