About the role
The senior library assistant: E: resources and reading lists is part of the Acquisitions team, within Collection Services, currently based in the UCL Institute of Education Library: Collection Services are responsible for the provision of books, journals and other materials required to support research, teaching and learning at UCL.
This post co-ordinates the ordering process within the Acquisitions Team to ensure that books are ordered in line with purchasing procedures, by supervising a team of seven library assistants in collaboration with two other senior assistants.
Flexible Working Statement: We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible.
This role is 0.62 FTE, the salary for this role is £36,433 per annum (pro-rata).This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 40% on site
