Lecturer in Physiotherapy
The Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) at the University of Hull is seeking a part-time (14.6hrs) fixed-term (12-months) Lecturer in Physiotherapy to join an experienced team to teach on the BSc Physiotherapy course. We are particularly interested to receive applications from Physiotherapists with a background in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
You will be joining a supportive team of six lecturers on the BSc Physiotherapy programme. SERS (School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences) is a thriving academic community within the Faculty. The SERS team consists of around 30 academic staff teach over 400 students, including postgraduates studying MSc by Research, or PhDs.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities of the post:
This is a teaching and scholarship post, with responsibility for teaching, project supervision and assessment of first-, second-, and third-year undergraduate physiotherapy students. The post holder will contribute to curriculum development as required, including research and clinical modules, supervision of students on practice placements, and support other academic administrative duties such as personal supervision.
