The Role
We are recruiting to the role of Internal Communications Manager to join our close‑knit team. This is an exciting time to join as we enhance how the University communicates with its staff and students and strengthen our role in delivering its strategic ambitions. As part of a small, agile team, you’ll have genuine scope to shape communications activity and work closely with senior stakeholders across the institution.
About You
In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of our internal communications plan, ensuring messaging is clear, timely and engaging across all channels. You’ll drive communications for key campaigns and periods of organisational change, provide trusted advice to colleagues, and build strong relationships across departments to keep our communities informed and supported. To succeed, you’ll bring strong internal communications expertise, sound judgement, experience engaging diverse audiences, and the confidence to work autonomously while producing high‑quality content.
