Join our dynamic and forward-thinking International Office at UWE Bristol, where we are committed to attracting and supporting students from around the globe. We are seeking an innovative and motivated Conversion Officer to play a critical role in enhancing our international recruitment and engagement efforts.
You will be responsible for driving marketing led communications strategies to boost applicant conversion rates, working closely with the International Recruitment Team and external partners.
This role involves planning and delivering targeted marketing and conversion activity across the applicant journey, including managing B2C and B2B communication plans, coordinating virtual and in-person events, and creating compelling, insight led content across digital platforms. You’ll also supervise junior team members, provide leadership in key projects, and build relationships with vital external partners.
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for marketing, communication, recruitment, and international engagement. You thrive in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities, and have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships both within and outside the university.
In this role, you’ll be based at our modern Frenchay Campus where we’ve invested in state-of-the-art facilities designed to help both staff and students succeed.
You’ll spend most of your time on campus, typically 2 days per week, with the opportunity to work from home on the remaining days.
Why UWE Bristol?
We offer a wide range of employee benefits including progressive pay rates, very generous annual leave and career average pension schemes as well as retail savings, onsite nursery and opportunities for training and personal development.
We particularly encourage applications from global majority candidates as we are currently under-represented in this area, however all appointments are made strictly on individual merit.
As a Disability Confident employer, we encourage applications from disabled or neurodivergent candidates.
