The School Curriculum Administrator involves providing administrative support for academic and quality assurance processes, including programme and module development, reviews, and accreditation activities. Responsibilities include managing module evaluations, continual monitoring, and external examiner processes, as well as producing and maintaining documentation in line with procedures.
Additional duties include supporting apprenticeship provision and compliance, academic misconduct processes, curriculum-related meetings, and School events such as Welcome Week, Open Days, and Graduation. The postholder will also liaise with professional service teams, prepare meeting materials (agendas, minutes, presentations), and assist with university-wide events such as Clearing and enrolment.

This role is working 18.25 hours per week (0.5 FTE). The salary stated above is the full-time equivalent based on working 36.5 hours per week (1 FTE).
This is a hybrid role which includes a mixture of working from home / days in the office to be agreed with the successful candidate.
