About the role:
The Deputy Information & Library Services Manager is at the heart of a dynamic, user-focused information service that underpins teaching, learning and research at Cambridge Judge Business School. Reporting to the Head of Information & Library Services, they lead the smooth running of the Information Centre, oversee our collections, and ensure users can easily discover and use the resources they need. Alongside supervising a small, talented frontline team, you will shape new services, introduce improvements informed by user feedback, and design engaging training and online learning materials.
About you:
You are an enthusiastic information professional who enjoys combining communication and outreach with hands-on service delivery. You are confident using online resources and library systems, happy presenting to a room of students or colleagues, and comfortable juggling competing deadlines. You will bring experience in supervising others, delivering user-centred library support, and using digital tools creatively. Curious, organised and calm under pressure, you are motivated by finding innovative and engaging ways to improve library and information services.
