Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator looking to support inclusive education and student welfare at a world-leading university? Join Student Welfare and Support Services (SWSS) and help deliver the University of Oxford’s commitments under the Access and Participation Plan. You will play an important role in supporting projects that enhance services for disabled students through effective coordination, communication and administration.
Location: 2–3 Worcester Street, Oxford, OX1 2BX
Salary: Grade 5: £32,108 – £37,338 per annum pro rata (including Oxford University weighting)
Hours: Full time, 36.5 hours per week. Part-time working considered (minimum 29.2 hours / 0.8 FTE)
Contract: Fixed-term for 3 years until 31 July 2029. Due to the length of contract, this role is not available as an internal secondment.

About the Role
You will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across a range of project activities that promote inclusive environments and address awarding gaps.
Working closely with the project manager and project leads, you will support collaboration across the collegiate University, including academic divisions, colleges and central services. You will coordinate activity, manage documentation and support effective communication with staff and students.
