We also have a vibrant research community with a community of researcher working within De Montfort University’s Institute for Responsible Business and Social Justice.

The Role

As part of our continued growth drive in apprenticeships, we are seeking to appoint to the post of Senior lecturer in Property Management on a fixed term 3-year contract. Successful candidate will be joining a large and diverse subject team whose expertise span the areas of Entrepreneurship and Specialist Management, Apprenticeships and Executive Education.

The Person

Candidates must have demonstrable teaching experience in Property Management and business-related discipline(s) for Apprenticeships as well as UG and/or PG levels. Ideally you should have a collegial approach to work and be willing to work positively within team environments. You should strive towards teaching excellence and demonstrate familiarity with innovative teaching methods and techniques. A willingness to develop a portfolio of research activities in relevant property management and business-related disciplines, with a particular interest in Property Management, you should also be able to work within a team and have a positive approach to team working.

Salary: The FTE salary range is £44,746–£56,535; actual salary will be pro rata at 0.5 FTE

Contract Type: Part Time (18.5 hours per week), Fixed-Term (3 years)
