About the role
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Officer role in the Student Casework team. This post holder will support the work of the Student Casework team, which is based in Academic Quality in Academic Services, and is responsible for organising and coordinating administration relating to student casework, ensuring paperwork is managed promptly and fairly, in accordance with the universities processes and procedures. Key work areas include appeals, complaints, academic offences and other student-facing processes that could lead to an Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA) outcome.
As an Officer in the Student casework team, you will be one of two roles, supporting the work in a complex and busy team environment. You will utilise excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, demonstrate strong organisation and communication skills, and show a clear commitment to delivering service excellence.
