About us
The King’s Health Partners Clinical Trials Office is a collaboration between King’s College London, Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. It was set up to provide a single interface for those wishing to conduct clinical trials within the Partner Organisations, and to ensure that there are common, efficient processes for the set up and administration of clinical trials.
About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who can undertake a number of administrative duties. The post holder will process amendments/modifications to clinical trials within the national timelines. The post holder will receipt Serious Adverse Event reports for the non-commercial CTIMPs that are sponsored by the Partner Organisations.
The post holder will archive the Essential Records produced as part of both commercial and non-commercial trials. The post holder will process Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), ensuring they’re executed promptly. The post holder will upload Clinical Study Reports (CSRs) to public clinical trial registries.
This is a full time post (35 hours per week), offered on a fixed-term contract for 24-months.
