Applications are invited for a Senior Administrator, to work within the Primary Care Clinical Trials Unit.
The successful applicant will be a prime contact for general administrative purposes of the CTU, supporting our operational teams and involving many aspects of our research studies, working in a friendly, professional environment. You will actively contribute by ensuring you provide administrative support in a proactive, timely and efficient manner. You will have good communications skills, a team-orientated approach and the ability to plan and undertake work in an accurate, methodical and efficient manner. A good eye for detail is essential, as are strong administrative and IT skills. An understanding of the clinical trial process, clinical practice and research governance would be advantageous.
You will be based in the Gibson Building, Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG as your normal place of work but there may be the opportunity to agree a pattern of remote working with your line manager.
The position is fixed-term for two years in the first instance. It is offered full time or part time, at a minimum of 0.8FTE.
