About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join the postgraduate taught student administration team within Oxford Lifelong Learning, which is part of the Department for Continuing Education on a permanent basis. We are seeking a highly competent administrator to join our team and provide support to students and academic staff in relation to our world-class, part-time postgraduate courses.
You will be responsible for administering the MSt in Literature and Arts and providing support for the student lifecycle from end-to-end, including dealing with admissions, on-course administration and handling post-course enquiries, such as requests for transcripts. You will also assist with financial administration, publicity and supervising others.
This is a permanent appointment offered on a part time 0.5 FTE basis.
About you
You must have excellent administrative skills and attention to detail, be able to work flexibly to deadlines, be confident in working with data, and be able to demonstrate sound judgement in solving problems. Experience of student administration and contributing to the improvement of processes would be beneficial.
