UGM Manchester is a student-centred Higher Education provider in the heart of Manchester, with a focus on high quality teaching and assessment, and an inclusive, business-like culture. As we expand our range of undergraduate programmes, we are looking to recruit a Registry Officer to assist our teams in managing student records across a range of programmes, including business, marketing, computing, finance and accounting, and health and social care.
You will work as part of a team to provide a high quality, efficient service in the administration and management of the UGM Manchester’s programmes. The post holder will support in the administration of the full student lifecycle for including processing results, progression board decisions and producing performance reports.
Successful candidates will have administrative experience and be educated to degree level. The successful candidate will be highly organised, have an eye for detail and be capable of working in a high-tempo, agile environment. You should be able to manage a varied workload efficiently and deal with operational issues independently. You should have excellent written communication skills, be articulate, and qualified to degree level.
The successful candidate will work as a part of a team to ensure the iCentre is staffed Monday – Saturday. Some evening shifts will be required during term time.
Work Location: In person
