The Role
Working closely with the Finance Transformation Programme Board, Central and Research Accounting (CRA), Financial Planning and Performance (FPP), and wider University stakeholders, you will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring financial systems, reporting capabilities, reconciliations, and business processes meet the needs of users across the institution.
You will lead the governance and strategic management of financial data structures, ensuring data is accurate, controlled, and fit for purpose to support reporting, planning, and decision-making. The role will also support the implementation and ongoing management of the new Chart of Accounts (CoA) and EPM FCCS environment.
Your Skills
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills and experience of financial reporting systems, financial data management, and enterprise performance management solutions such as Oracle EPM FCCS or similar platforms. You will be comfortable working in a complex transformation environment, managing stakeholders, leading teams, and driving successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking institution at a pivotal stage of transformation, where your expertise will directly influence the future of financial reporting and data management across the University.
