About the role

Step into an exciting role in the cultural and creative sector. As the Management Knowledge Transfer Partnership Associate, you will lead a major transformation project with Barker Langham Ltd, a global consultancy shaping museums, exhibitions and immersive experiences across the UK, Middle East, Europe and North America.

Based in London, UK, you’ll work at the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic creative ecosystems. You will analyse how exhibitions are currently developed, design new ways of working, and help shift the company towards a more sustainable, inclusive and digitally collaborative production model. Your work will directly influence major international cultural projects.

You’ll create innovative frameworks, toolkits and sustainability dashboards, pilot them on live projects, and support global teams to embed new capabilities.

This is a rare chance to combine creative thinking with strategic impact. Ideal for a graduate from film, theatre, TV, broadcasting, design, storytelling, museums, gaming or related creative disciplines.

About you

You will have the following abilities and competencies:

  • Analytical and diagnostic capability. Skilled in process mapping, SWOT, stakeholder analysis, scenario modelling, and KPI development.
  • Creative and conceptual thinking. Ability to synthesise curatorial, design, sustainability, digital and participatory theory into practical frameworks.
  • Project and change management. Competent in planning, piloting, evaluating, and embedding organisational change across global teams.
  • Communication and facilitation. Strong written and verbal communication, able to present to senior leadership, run workshops, and produce sector facing publications.
  • Digital and collaborative competence. Understanding of digital workflows, collaboration platforms, and cross disciplinary working.
  • Comfortable working across UK, UAE, KSA, EU and North American
