We have an exciting opportunity in the University of Sheffield Management School for an experienced teacher in Work Psychology to support the delivery of our postgraduate and undergraduate programmes.
You will join the Work Psychology Subject Group in our large and diverse school. Your standing and approaches will further strengthen our strong education profile and our reputation for novel and research-led teaching.
This role offers you the opportunity to deliver a range of teaching and assessment across the School on multiple programmes (e.g. MSc Business and Organisational Psychology; MSc Human Resource Management; BA (Hons) Business Management).
You will be a key member of the team, working with colleagues across a range of teaching areas in Work Psychology, and related Organisational Behaviour and HRM areas. Indicative modules to which you may contribute are in areas including leadership, wellbeing, professional development, training, research methods. We particularly welcome applicants who are qualified to teach in the area of psychometric testing and selection.
Working as part of a diverse team, the role will offer you an opportunity to support our students to get the best from their studies. With a relevant PhD (or equivalent experience), you will have experience of teaching in a Higher Education environment, and a passion for delivering an outstanding student experience.
