This is a fantastic opportunity for two new Lead People & OD Business Partners and a People & OD Business Partner to join the University’s People and Organisational Development team.

Lead People & Organisational Development Business Partner – Grade 8
The Lead People & OD Business Partner will take a strategic lead in delivering a comprehensive range of People & OD services across the College/University Services.

People & Organisational Development Business Partner – Grade 7
The People & OD Business Partner will provide professional advice and operational support across a broad range of People & OD activities within the designated College/University Services.

These posts are both offered on a full time basis (35hrs per week), for up to 2 years from the agreed start date. Please indicate in your application which role you are interested in applying for.
