The Fees, Income and Credit Control Office is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and well organised Finance Professional to serve as the Deputy Head of Fees, Income and Credit Control and to manage the Credit Control team. A key role offering professional leadership, the post holder will support the strategic objectives of the wider Fees, Income and Credit Control Team.
The Fees, Income and Credit Control Office (FICC) is responsible for providing professional financial services. Its service portfolio comprises of income and debt management, credit control services and advice, loan origination and disbursement, central refunds service, Online Store, and commercial sales. The Unit also advises on compliance around Title IV loans, Consumer Credit related activity and Payment Acceptance.
The focus of this role is to enrich the student and customer experience by adopting a principled centred approach to support requests, debt management and income collection. You will provide a ‘best in class customer experience by managing financial services for students and customers, combined with collecting income to maintain healthy financial position for the School.
