The Role 

As Digital Performance Coordinator, you'll deliver a strategic, data-driven digital marketing programme across PACE. Working within the Growth Marketing team and wider External Engagement Division, you'll collaborate across email, content, and web to deliver integrated campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

This pivotal role offers ownership of day-to-day performance across paid and organic channels. You'll use data, insight, and creativity to improve how we engage prospective learners. 

You'll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across the student journey, ensuring activity is targeted, on-brand, and aligned with priorities. 

What you'll do:

  • Plan and deliver paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g. Meta and LinkedIn) aligned to audience targeting and campaign priorities
  • Support paid search and display activity, ensuring campaigns are set up and optimised
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, setup, targeting, ad creation, budget pacing, and optimisation
  • Monitor performance against key metrics such as CPA, CTR, reach, and conversions, implementing improvements
  • Manage organic social activity, including scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop compelling, performance-led assets
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Run A/B tests and explore new tools and formats (including AI-driven campaign features) to enhance performance
  • Ensure all digital activity follows brand, accessibility, and compliance standards
  • Work with external partners or agencies to support campaign delivery where required 

Your skills:

  • Experience delivering and optimising digital marketing campaigns, particularly across paid social and PPC
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and full-funnel digital marketing principles
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
  • Experience using reporting tools (e.g. GA4)
  • Attention to detail in campaign setup and QA
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Confident communication skills, including presenting insights clearly to colleagues
  • Proactive approach, with a focus on testing, learning, and continuous improvement 

Desirable:

  • Experience using AI-driven campaign tools (e.g. Meta Advantage+, Google PMax)
  • Experience working in higher education or a similar 

You'll be based at Madingley Hall and elements of this role are suitable for hybrid working, where staff can split their time between in-person collaboration and remote working. The frequency of the remote elements of the role can be discussed with the recruiting manager.
