An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Research and Engagement team within the Faculty of Science and Technology at Lancaster University. We are seeking an experienced Research & Engagement Manager to lead a supportive team of two dedicated Officers, who will be instrumental in promoting and communicating our world-leading research through a variety of media.

The Research and Engagement team works closely with academic and professional services colleagues across the Faculty and the wider institution, facilitating communication of our innovative disciplines to a global audience, coordinating impactful events, and supporting our research centres and collaborative activities.
Role Overview
The Research & Engagement Manager will be pivotal in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and collaboration, maximising the positive impact of our research and engagement efforts. This role requires a candidate with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to build successful working relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
