We're looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources Division and play a key role in shaping the future of talent at our University.

About the role

As a key member of the University's HR Resourcing Team, you'll provide expert support to the recruitment of Professors, our most senior academic colleagues. This includes coordinating recruitment campaigns, advising managers on processes and compliance, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You'll manage permissions for advertising, liaise with departments, and oversee interview and appointment administration.

  • Providing accurate advice on recruitment policies, compliance, and best practice.
  • Maintaining trackers and proactively taking forward actions to keep campaigns on track.
  • Analysing recruitment data and supporting EDI initiatives to enhance candidate experience and widen applicant pools.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Administrative experience in HR or a similar environment, with knowledge of recruitment processes.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, often at fast pace.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
  • A high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Ability to analyse problems and propose practical solutions.
  • Flexible approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service under pressure.
