We're looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources Division and play a key role in shaping the future of talent at our University.
About the role
As a key member of the University's HR Resourcing Team, you'll provide expert support to the recruitment of Professors, our most senior academic colleagues. This includes coordinating recruitment campaigns, advising managers on processes and compliance, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You'll manage permissions for advertising, liaise with departments, and oversee interview and appointment administration.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll build strong and effective working relationships with recruiting managers, HR colleagues and senior academics, to deliver consistent recruitment campaigns and enhance candidate experience. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to wider HR initiatives and projects.
