The Role
The Foundation Diploma in Art, Design & Media Practice sits within Kingston School of Art. The course delivers conceptual, practical and technical skills to showcase students’ strengths and creative direction. Students develop insight and understanding across the fields of art and design to define their progression to study further at university or beyond.
This Lecturer position will be an integral part of the Foundation teaching team and will contribute their expertise to the exceptional reputation of the Fashion & Fabrication specialism. Your role will embrace active studio delivery, tutorials, planning and developing curriculum, support with University applications, portfolios and assessment marking. This role supports pastoral care of a diverse range of students, academic administration and maintains relationships within the Department.

The interviews take place, week commencing 03.08.26.
Shortlisted candidates will give 5 - minute presentations, pitching proposals for a 5 day project, outlining the aims and outcomes, structure and relevant visual examples or references, these should be reflective of your professional expertise and teaching experience.
