Green Templeton College is a friendly, progressive and international graduate College within the University of Oxford.

Green Templeton College is looking to appoint a new Domestic Bursar. Reporting to the Bursar and working closely with the Principal and other members of the Executive Management Group, the postholder will lead and manage the operational teams that provide a wide range of services for the College.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of an ambitious Oxford College at a time of growth and change, as the College undergoes significant renovation projects, and expects soon to be embarking on the delivery of a transformational masterplan. Responsible for catering, accommodation, lodge and events teams, as well as operational risk, health and safety and regulatory compliance, amongst other things, they will support the College through ongoing building projects

The successful candidate will bring significant leadership experience at senior strategic and operational levels. They will be an outstanding communicator with a service ethos, analytical judgement, and will be an empathetic leader. They will have experience of managing complex budgets.
