The university is seeking enrolled or incoming postgraduate students to become College Wardens. Our College Wardens are key members of the university community, helping to provide robust and personal pastoral care for our students and to build the sense of community on campus. They do this with and through the college teams and alongside the support services involved in student care, including Wellbeing and Security.
Enthusiastic, capable and responsible people are invited to apply to join our team of Wardens for the 2026/27 academic year. Candidates must be current or due to be enrolled postgraduate students of Roehampton University.
Wardens work closely with staff across the University to support our residential students and to help foster a cohesive college residential community. Wardens are required to:
Candidates should ideally have demonstrable life/work experience, good communication and organisational skills, the ability to work well within a team, a calm approach to difficult situations and motivation to contribute pro-actively towards the work of the Colleges.
