Are you passionate about helping students succeed? Do you enjoy uniting data analysis with meaningful student support?
Leeds Business School is seeking an enthusiastic Student Engagement Officer to join our team. This hybrid role is based partly at our City Campus and partly from home.
Working with attendance and engagement data, you will identify patterns, monitor student participation and proactively contact students who may be at risk of disengagement. Using data to inform your decisions, you will help students access the support they need to maximise their academic success and overall university experience.
This is a varied role that combines analytical, administrative and student-facing responsibilities. You will be confident working with data, maintaining accurate records and using insight to guide your work, while also building positive relationships with students and colleagues through regular communication and support.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to supporting our diverse student community.
Leeds Beckett is committed to creating and maintaining a safe, welcoming and inclusive community that nurtures a culture of respect and consideration for all. We encourage applications from people from all backgrounds and aim to have a workforce that reflects the diversity of our student body and the wider society we serve.
Closing date: 5th August 2026 (23:59) Please note that you will not be able to edit or submit a part-completed application form after the closing date.
