Are you a highly organised administrator with a flair for communications, events and digital marketing? Do you enjoy creating engaging content while delivering exceptional customer experiences? The Royal College of Art is looking for an Executive Education Events & Communications Administrator to join our Research & Innovation team.

As the world's leading university of art and design, the RCA delivers innovative Executive Education programmes that help professionals, organisations and leaders develop creative thinking and human-centred approaches to today's challenges. Each year, we welcome over 1,500 participants from more than 60 countries to our portfolio of executive programmes, short courses, masterclasses and events.

Working within our commercially focused Executive Education team, you'll provide essential administrative and communications support across a busy programme of online, hybrid and on-campus courses and events. This is a varied role combining administration, event support and digital communications. You'll help manage concurrent projects, support the delivery of executive education programmes, coordinate surveys and participant feedback, maintain marketing data and contribute to growing awareness of the RCA's Executive Education offer through social media, newsletters and web content.

We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable organising the details behind successful events as they are creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital channels. You'll work closely with colleagues across the College, including academics, professional services teams and the Marketing & Communications team, ensuring our Executive Education portfolio continues to grow and thrive.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to respond to customer enquiries efficiently and be able to distribute accordingly
  • Have administrative skills with the ability to prioritise a complex workload and take the initiative
  • Have experience of supporting the delivery of in person and/or online courses or events
  • Be familiar with social media marketing, with editing and writing skills
  • Be able to design and edit digital marketing assets for advertising, social media and webpages using software such as Adobe (eg. Adobe InDesign or similar) and/or Canva
  • Be familiar with digital learning and communications platforms that may include Zoom, Miro, Slack, VLE

Experience within higher education, marketing, events or executive education is desirable, as is an interest in contemporary art, design and culture. Experience using email marketing platforms, social media management tools and website analytics would also be an advantage.

If you're a proactive and creative professional who enjoys bringing together administration, communications and events in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Join the Royal College of Art and help deliver inspiring Executive Education and Short Courses for learners and organisations from around the world.
