As an Executive Support Administrator, you will be part of a team providing administrative and operational support across Student Recruitment and Marketing. You will help ensure that day-to-day activities run efficiently by coordinating meetings, responding to enquiries, maintaining records and supporting a range of business processes.
You will work with colleagues across the service, supporting activities such as recruitment, travel arrangements, meetings and events, finance administration, internal communications and project work. You will also contribute to improving processes and maintaining accurate information so that colleagues can access the support they need when they need it.
About you
You will be a well organised and adaptable person who enjoys working in a busy environment and providing excellent support to others.
You will have experience of carrying out administrative tasks and delivering a high standard of service. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, organising your workload and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You communicate clearly and professionally and build positive working relationships with a range of colleagues and stakeholders. You are confident using digital tools to manage information, support processes and produce reports, and are willing to learn new systems where required.
You will enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team, be committed to continuous improvement and be able to handle sensitive information appropriately and with discretion.
You demonstrate fairness, respect and professionalism in everything you do. You support equality of opportunity and actively contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for colleagues, students and visitors.
