The role
Ravensbourne is seeking to recruit an International Student Support Officer.
In this role, you will primarily focus on providing assistance to international students alongside our other team members. From enrolment to graduation, you will support and engage with international students, both online and in person. You will play a lead role in delivering induction presentations to new students as well as working with other teams such as the Student Union to collaborate on events. It is essential that you have an understanding of current student visa processes and are comfortable in a student-facing position dealing with enquiries.
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to serve as a vital point of contact for students studying abroad for the first time. Your role will contribute to their growth and learning within our exciting, diverse, and exceptional educational setting.
