Are you an experienced solicitor or barrister looking for a rewarding leadership role where you can use your legal expertise to make a lasting impact? At The University of Law, you'll combine your legal experience with people leadership, helping to develop the next generation of legal professionals in a supportive, values-driven environment.

This role combines teaching and leadership. You'll spend approximately half your time delivering teaching on our Vocational Law programmes and half leading a team of academics and Visiting Lecturers. You'll ensure high-quality programme delivery, support excellent student outcomes, and build strong relationships with the local legal profession and wider community.

As our Campus Manager, you will:

  • Lead the successful delivery of programmes to the highest academic and professional standards.
  • Deliver high-quality teaching on the SQE, PGDL and other programmes as required.
  • Lead, coach and develop an academic team through effective people management and workload planning.
  • Drive an outstanding student experience in partnership with Faculty leadership and University colleagues.
  • Support student recruitment, business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Build relationships with local schools, universities, businesses and the legal community.
  • Contribute to campus planning, operational performance and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the campus internally and externally to enhance the University's profile.

Is this you?

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister.
  • Leadership and people management experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver results and manage priorities.
  • Experience within legal, education or commercial environments.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a passion for developing others.
