Greenwich Business School is one of four faculties at the University of Greenwich and provides a wide range or postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. The faculty is located on the Greenwich Maritime Campus, a UNESCO world heritage site.

The Greenwich Business School is seeking to recruit a full-time Faculty Senior Resources & Procurement Officer on a permanent basis to provide a high standard of finance administrative support to the Greenwich Business School. The purpose of the role will be to develop and maintain effective and efficient administrative and financial systems within the Greenwich Business School and provide administrative support to the Business Operations Manager. The focus of the role is to oversee day-to-day finance administration to include processing purchase orders, invoices, expenses, maintaining the school financial database and general administrative duties to ensure all financial reporting and payments are made within the financial year.  

The post-holder must be able to work as part of a team to ensure that the wider financial administrative tasks within the Greenwich Business School are achieved.

The successful candidate must hold a Degree or professional qualification and/or extensive relevant financial administrative experience.

This role combines the need for excellent administrative skills, organisation skills, record keeping, confidentiality, attention to detail, a collaborative approach and the ability to develop good relationships with university stakeholders and staff.
