About the Role
The post-holder will be a key member of a small, dynamic team who will be responsible for the efficient organisation of support services to tenants within the QMB Innovation Centre, a multi-tenanted science building.
The Receptionist & Administrator will be responsible for managing front-of-house activities, coordinating meeting room bookings, handling enquiries, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and supporting facilities-related processes. The post holder will also help maintain a safe, tidy and professional working environment throughout the Innovation Centre.
About You
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, administrative, organisational and IT skills, together with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders. A proactive, customer-focused approach and strong attention to detail are essential.
About the Department
The QMB Innovation Centre is the largest purpose-built innovation centre available for rent in London. QMB provides brand new Laboratory space to rent within central London (zone 2).
The Innovation Centre is ideal for existing science and technology companies looking to expand, or start-up companies and later stage companies seeking an entrepreneurial base for their London laboratory and commercial work.
