Job Description
  • Deliver lectures, seminars and workshops across assigned modules.
  • Design, prepare and deliver learning materials in accordance with module requirements.
  • Assess coursework, examinations and other forms of student work.
  • Provide academic guidance and tutorials to students.
  • Supervise individual and group projects.
  • Maintain accurate academic and assessment records.
  • Work collaboratively with Programme Leaders and academic teams.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, standardisation and external ex
Qualifications Required
  • Proven full-time teaching experience across Levels 4, 5, 6 and 7.
  • UK Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business Management or a closely related discipline.
  • Experience within UK higher education.
  • Sound understanding of academic quality requirements.
  • Experience in quality assurance and RQF internal verification.
  • Extensive experience delivering HNC/HND vocational programmes is desired
  • PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO BILINGUAL SPEAKERS OF ENGLISH/RUMANIAN

  • Current industry or commercial experience.
  • Experience with Pearson/BTEC programmes.
  • Research experience and/or academic publications
