The Business Analytics and Information Systems Department conducts teaching, research and engagement activities in various aspects of analytics and IS/ICT. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking inspirational and highly motivated individuals to contribute to the development of the Department’s activities in the field of Business Analytics. We welcome discussions with prospective candidates who have interests in specified areas of business analytics such as data mining, machine learning and prescriptive analytics.
You will have a good quantitative first degree, or equivalent, as well as a higher degree in a relevant academic discipline. You must also be able to demonstrate an emerging pedagogical path of effective and innovative research, teaching, and learning. We are especially looking for people with a ‘hands-on’ and ‘can-do’ attitude.
Posts are appointable at Lecturer Grade 8 or 9 depending on qualifications, aptitude, and experience. Your application must state which grade you are applying for.
