The University of Warwick is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Services Officer (Fire & Security Systems) to play a vital role in maintaining the safety, compliance, and reliability of our extensive campus infrastructure.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical professional with experience in fire and security systems who is looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.
As Electrical Services Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, compliance, and operational performance of the University's fire and security systems across campus.
Working within the Maintenance Department, you will lead the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), inspections, testing programmes, remedial works, and installations carried out by both in-house teams and specialist contractors.
You will ensure all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with statutory requirements, University policies, and industry standards. A key part of the role will involve providing technical leadership, maintaining accurate compliance records, and supporting the continuous improvement of services.
