About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bars Team Leader to support the delivery of outstanding bar services across Warwick Conferences.
You will supervise day-to-day bar operations, lead shifts, and ensure that guests receive a professional, welcoming, and memorable experience. The role includes overseeing bar service, supporting stock control, cash handling, team briefings, and maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, licensing compliance, and customer service. You will also play a key role in coaching team members, resolving customer issues, and driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.

About You
You will have experience working in a busy bar or hospitality environment and be confident leading and developing a team. Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, you will lead by example and create a positive, service-focused culture. You'll have strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to remain organised in a fast-paced environment. Experience of stock control, cash handling, licensing regulations, and bar operations is highly desirable. A Level 2 Food Safety Certificate and a flexible approach to working hours are essential.
