Help shape the way our future students discover three of the world’s best-known creative colleges.

From Open Days, College Tours and Offer Holder Events to online events and wider recruitment activity, you’ll create engaging experiences that help prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students understand what studying at UAL could offer them.

Working closely with course teams, marketing colleagues and teams across the University, you’ll make sure recruitment activity connects effectively with our digital promotional and conversion campaigns. You’ll be a confident communicator who can adapt your approach for different audiences, build positive relationships with prospective students and colleagues, and work collaboratively across a complex organisation.

You’ll also have experience of motivating and managing others, be comfortable using data to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement, and bring a practical, solutions-focused approach to your work. Knowledge of art and design, creative arts higher education or the wider creative and cultural industries would be an advantage.

This is an opportunity to play a central role in attracting the next generation of creative talent to Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon, while helping deliver an excellent experience for prospective students from their first enquiry through to enrolment.
