Help LCC students and recent graduates build purposeful creative futures, turning their ambitions into careers, ventures and meaningful industry connections that can make a difference in the world.

As our Graduate Futures Coordinator, you will help deliver a distinctive programme of enterprise, employability and industry engagement across design, media and screen. You will coordinate the Industry Mentoring Programme and Graduate Futures Days and our LCC Accelerate business incubator, and help bring industry professionals, mentors and partners into the life of the College.

Based in LCC’s Research and Knowledge Exchange team, you will work with students, graduates, academic and professional services colleagues across LCC and the wider University, as well as external partners. The role combines programme and event coordination, communications, relationship-building and impact reporting - ideal if you enjoy varied work and want to help emerging creatives take their next step.

About you

You will bring experience of coordinating programmes, projects or events and be confident working with a wide range of people. You may have worked in graduate employability, enterprise, alumni engagement, industry partnerships or another relevant setting.

You will be organised, collaborative and an effective communicator, with an understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing students and recent graduates entering the creative industries. You will also be comfortable managing data and administrative processes, balancing multiple priorities and using your initiative to keep activity moving.
