Fees and Funding Administrator

Contract Type: FTC until 30/06/2027

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Student Records and Data team as a Fees and Funding Administrator. 

In this important administrative role, you will support the delivery of student fees, funding and scholarship services across both the University's on-campus and subcontractual provision. Working closely with colleagues across the Fees and Funding team, you will maintain accurate student records, update fee and funding information, support Student Loans Company administration processes and respond to routine enquiries from students and staff. You will play an important role in ensuring information is recorded accurately, processes are completed efficiently and services are delivered in line with University and regulatory requirements. 

This opportunity would suit someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn within a busy, customer-focused environment.

This role can be based in Kent or Surrey.
