Registry Officer

Location: Ealing, London and remote working

Hours per week: 35 hours (Full-time)

Working pattern: Typically Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend working.

About this role

You’ll be responsible for administering student records and related processes from registration to graduation for current and future courses offered by the Institute. You’ll administer the Student Finance England (SFE) funding and related processes, including annual course setup, registration and attendance confirmations. You’ll be also responsible for supporting the implementation of record management procedures, including enrolment and ensure adherence to the Institute and validating provider regulations/policies.

What you'll need

We’re looking for someone with ..

• Demonstrable experience of undertaking administration within higher education (HE) or equivalent.
• Experience of working with a range of office software, ideally Office/365.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to deal effectively with students and staff at all levels.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
• The ability to act on own initiative and work independently and always maintain a high standard of work.
