Loughborough University is highly regarded for the quality of careers, employability and enterprise support provided to students and graduates. Our Careers Network (CN) sits within the Students Services and provides a wide range of advice, guidance, coaching and events for students, graduates and other stakeholders, including new and established employer partners.
Careers Network is on the lookout for two, new Graduate Success Coaches to provide specialist and tailored coaching, professional and personal skills development, for graduates to succeed, both in their careers and after university in general. The two postholders will contribute significantly to an enhanced Loughborough graduate experience, the transition post-graduation, and support our work to maximise positive graduate outcomes.
The postholders will design and deliver a new programme of coaching support for our graduates as part of a new Graduate Success Academy and 2-year Career Accelerator. They will be creative and innovative in their approach to this, with significant experience in coaching and advising students or graduates (taking a coaching-led approach in their work), will become active members of our existing Coaching Development Forum, and operationally lead our support in an identified Academic School as part of APP and Graduate Outcomes responsibilities.
