Commercial and Visitor Experience Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial and Visitor Experience Manager to support the delivery of exceptional visitor experiences and commercial performance across the Courtauld Gallery.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Visitor Experience, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of visitor-facing operations, including admissions, ticketing, retail and front-of-house services. You will lead and develop a team of supervisors and Visitor Experience Assistants, ensuring high standards of customer service, operational efficiency and visitor engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious operational manager who enjoys leading people, driving performance and creating memorable experiences for visitors in a world-class cultural institution.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a confident and engaging manager with experience in a gallery, museum, visitor attraction, retail or customer-focused environment.
You will have a proven track record of leading teams, delivering excellent customer service and managing busy operational environments. You will be commercially aware, organised and proactive, with the ability to motivate others and maintain high standards while balancing competing priorities.
You will enjoy working collaboratively, using visitor feedback and operational data to improve performance and contribute to the continued success of the Courtauld Gallery.
