Sotheby’s Institute of Art and Vogue College of Fashion are seeking a Programme Coordinator (Operations) to support the delivery of undergraduate (Collegiate) programmes in London. This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day operation of innovative, industry-connected programmes within two globally recognised institutions.
This is a full-time position based in London. The role requires on-site attendance during programme delivery periods, with occasional evening and weekend work to support programme activities and events. There may also be opportunities to support programme delivery in other locations, including New York, Madrid and Manchester.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, the postholder will play a central role in the planning, coordination and delivery of programmes, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for students from onboarding through to programme completion. Working closely with students, faculty, guest speakers and colleagues across multiple departments, the role supports the smooth running of programme activities and helps maintain high standards of operational delivery.
Responsibilities span a broad range of areas, including programme logistics, student communications, timetabling, learning platform administration, orientation activities, events, site visits and guest speaker coordination. The role also supports student engagement and wellbeing and contributes to the continuous improvement of processes.
The successful candidate will bring experience in programme administration, student services, academic administration or a similarly student-focused environment. They will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
