Project Administrator - EU COST Action (variable hours)

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic administrator to provide dedicated support for the COST Action ‘Reassembling the Republic of Letters’. The appointee will be required to undertake a 2-day training course in Brussels, expenses paid, to fully equip her/him for this role.

The successful applicant will provide dedicated financial support for the project, ensuring full compliance with funding body regulations, monitoring reporting deadlines and contributing to financial reports. Other duties will include maintenance of the project website, general administration and archiving all necessary documentation.

The appointee will have a high standard of numeracy and experience of financial administration including budget management, excellent communication skills and strong IT skills.
