Job Summary:
I-X’s vision is to deliver transformational research, teaching and innovation, co-locating staff, students, and industry, to build a new model of co-discovery and co-creation in the digital space. I-X is based in the I-Hub at Imperial’s White City Campus, which itself is part of the wider White City Innovation District, including cutting-edge start-ups, scaleup companies and industry leaders. I-X looks at the next wave of technologies based on artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), advanced robotics, augmented/virtual reality, and health informatics.
In this role, you will be a core member of I-X’s operations team, leading on the delivery of key internal and external communications and engagement activities, including I-X’s social media presence, digital and media print production, coordination of website content and design, event promotion and internal engaging events and content that promote the work of the initiative. You will be working for a variety of audiences including academics, researchers, students, the public, policy makers and industry specialists.
We are looking for a proactive, creative and motivated self-starter who can effectively juggle multiple responsibilities and work to tight deadlines. With strong communication skills, excellent organisational skills and an interest in shaping a new initiative, you will use your people skills to encourage collaboration across I-X with other College networks and beyond.

Hybrid working may be considered for this role. Staff working in roles that are suitable for hybrid working will normally be expected to work 60% of their time onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview.
