Oxford University Department for Continuing Education (OUDCE) is seeking to appoint a Course Administrator to join the busy Student Administration team.
About the role
You will be responsible for the administration of a small portfolio of undergraduate-level courses. In this wide-ranging and challenging role, you will be part of a team which provides support for the student lifecycle from end-to-end, including dealing with student and tutor queries, admissions, supporting teaching and events, handling assessment and producing transcripts
This is a full-time position, available on a permanent contract.
About you
You need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills, with evidence of high standards of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also need good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. You will also have a good standard of numeracy and be confident in using standard IT applications, and able to learn new IT systems quickly. Experience of student administration and experience of working with Canvas, Teams and/or Panopto would be an advantage.
