The candidate
We’re looking for a great candidate and so the way you can stand out for us is by demonstrating you’ve got the following skills and experiences:
Website Mastermind: Experience of maintaining and refreshing websites. We want our website to be the go-to hub for everything student union. From user-friendly updates to impactful new features, keep the experience seamless and engaging. We want to breathe life into our brand with eye-catching graphics and visuals for online posts, flyers, and all promotional materials. Utilise graphic design software to create high-quality content that resonates.
Collaboration Champion: Experience of working effectively as part of a team, as well as people in other teams or even outside the organisation. We need you to work hand-in-hand with Student Union leadership, staff, and groups to understand their needs and craft winning communication strategies. Build impactful relationships across campus and with external partners.
Desirable Bonus Skills: Experience with CRM systems like Reach, and Apps such as Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO) principles and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
