Alliance Manchester Business School welcome applications from talented individuals for the position of Head of Client Relations (Customised Programmes) within our Executive Education team.

You will have a proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management within the executive education or professional management education sector being able to understand and address client needs effectively. You will have excellent collaborative skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to engage new clients. You will be experienced in designing executive education programmes based on client requirements. You will lead and develop a team who will work on their own portfolio of clients. You will have a passion for your own learning and development including following industry trends, best practices, and innovations in executive education to drive ongoing improvement and innovation within our programmes.
