The Advertising, Marketing & Student Insight team are recruiting for a CRM Co-ordinator to support the planning, development and delivery of the University's Customer Relationship Marketing activity.
This newly created role will provide technical, analytical and administrative support to our CRM Officers, to ensure our communications activity is data-driven, relevant to our audiences, and effective in converting enquirers and prospects into applicants and ultimately enrolled students.
The post holder will be the CRM database owner, ensuring that data in the CRM system is captured and imported correctly, complies with GDPR, and can be interegated and segmented efficiently. You will be from a technical/data background with a keen interest in implementing data segmentation and comfortable using database systems/CRM systems to provide technical and data support to stakeholders and the immediate team.
This role would suit someone with a key eye for good data practises, a genuine passion for data and comfortable with manipulating data using formulas. You will be a key member of the team ensuring data is accessible and can be used for data segmentation of recruitment campaigns in line with the Universities priorities.
The successful candidate will join the CRM, Content and Rich Media team within Advertising, Marketing & Student Insight, and will work closely with colleagues in the department and across the University to provide an integrated, creative and effective approach to student recruitment marketing.
